How To Make Tomato & Cucumber Stir-fry With Lean Protein .

Enjoy Chef Valicci's Tomato & Cucumber stir-fry for a low calorie and budget friendly stir-fry. But feel very free to substitute the lean beef to any meat of your choice. Why will you be filling your self up with carbs for dinner when you can settle for this affordable five star healthy meal.






INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 pd beef stake cut into sizes
  • 2 hard tomato balls cut into six.
  • 1 Chinese cucumber
  • celery stem
  • 2 spring onions
  • 2 tbsp Chili sauce
  • 3 tbsp veg oil for stir-fry 
  • 2 Garlic cloves minced 
  • Small cup of water
  • Coriander chopped
  • 2 tbsp apple vinegar 
  • light Soy sauce 
  • 2 tbsp Dark soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Little salt 
  • 1 carrot

PREPARATION:

  • Cut the beef into sizes,season it and set aside. 
  • Clean up the vegetables and cut them into sizes.
  • Mix the sauce and set aside with with the minced garlic.
  • Place  the wok in a heat and add oil for stir-fry.
  • Stir in the beef and keep string until it turns brown and cooked and set aside.
  • Now that the meat is cooked and all the vegetables need are ready, you have to be ready to relate with this cooking very closely to be able to keep the nutrients in tact.
  • Place a fresh wok on a heat and add oil as usual.
  • Add garlic and keep string until the aroma begins to show it self.
  • Stir in the beef to meet up with the garlic before adding the carrot.
  • Stir in the cucumber,celery and add the mixed sauce right in the middle of the wok to enable it get to all the ingredients .
  • Stir in the tomato, spring onions and coriander with little water and stir for another 2 minutes and  serve with noodles or spag. Even AGEGE bread go make sense die.
