Roasted Lemon- Chicken Sauce Coupled With Broccoli,Cucumber and Carrot

Looking for a chicken meal to wow your guest with, here is a lemon based roasted chicken sauce...coupled with three most healthiest vegetables in the world.

One good thing about my cooking is that i play with vegetables a lot. It,s obvious that am more interested in the health benefits than the cooking time . This cooking lasted for 45 minutes, starting from marinating, roasting, to Food is Ready. It is not enough to know get just the recipe of a meal you like, it is very important to understand the health benefits of the meal.





Here are the some health benefits of the 3 major vegetables used in making this healthy and tasty chicken food.

BROCCOLI :
Broccoli is a dark green leafy vegetable that belongs to Brassica, a plant family that includes kale, cabbage, cauliflower and brussels sprouts.

  • Broccoli  has anti aging properties which can reverse the effect of the aging process.
  • Broccoli is rich in chromium, which is known to help regulate insulin and control diabetes.


CUCUMBER:
Cucumber is a vegetable that belongs to the gourd family, which includes gourds,melons and squashes .
