I don,t know your relationship with food but i will advice you to start building one today. This five star stir-fry recipe will not only meet your nutritious need, it will always remind you of the need to eat healthy.
Ingredients:
- Cauliflower
- 1 Carrot
- Spring onions
- Green Pepper
- 1 Garlic Clove, minced
- 4 tbsp veg. oil
- salt
- pepper
- Chicken breast
- Red wine
Seasoning:
- Sesame oil
- light soy sauce
- oyster sauce
Thickening:
- cornstarch
- water
PREPARATION:
Clean up the cauliflower and cut them into sizes, soak the cauliflower in a boiled water with salt for 5 minutes and set aside.
Slice the chicken breast and season it, mixed well.
Clean up the carrot, spring onions,garlic and green pepper and set aside.
Heat up the wok with 2 tbsp of veg oil , stir-fry the chicken breast until it turns brown, set aside .
Place a fresh wok on fire, add the remaining veg oil and stir in the garlic,cauliflower and carrot, stir-fry for 2 minutes, add chicken, red wine and mix well to relate with all other ingredients in the journey.
Mix oyster sauce, light soy sauce, pepper and sesame oil, add in in the middle of the wok and mix well before adding the mixture of water and cornstarch to thicken, mix well.
Add spring onion, green pepper....stir for few seconds and serve with white rice.
NOTE: Stop Saying that we don,t have food in Nigeria.
