Some people copy diet plan from their friends without considering their health status. Some just need it for few weeks to be able to size a new clothe to a friends wedding. I wonder how that can be achieved. Some people go as far as not eating at all.When considering a diet plan , these are questions you need to ask yourself.
- Does your Plan include different food from major food groups: fruits, Vegetables,grains,low fat dairy products,protein sauces and nuts?
- Does your plan fit your lifestyle and budget. ABI NA YOUR CHAIRMAN GO PAY?
- Does your plan include food that you like and will always enjoy eating for lifetime ?, not the one you can only talk about and eat for weeks ?
- Does your diet plan include proper nutrients and calorie that will help you lose and maintain a healthy weight ?
- Are the ingredients needed for your diet available for you at all time ? can you buy them when ever you need them? or it it the one,s you get by chance?
- Will your plan allow you to still eat your favorite food? ABI NA BY FORCE FOOD?
- Is regular physical activities part of your plan, or will you borrow another body to take up the plan .
If your answer to all these healthy questionS is no, please keep searching for the right plan, you will find one at the right time...in the right place . THEN YOUR NAME GO BECOME SORRY.
