In this Recipe, Green peas and tomato was combined with 5 pinch sauce to get this yummy result that can make your princess smile.

This 5 pinch cauliflower is five star meal for a healthy weight loss and management. U don,t need to skip meals just because u want to lose weight, all you need is to build personal relationship with food and begin to eat healthy.

Ingredients :
.Cauliflower
- Peas
- Tomato
- Salt to taste
- Cornstarch
- Soy sauce
- Gerlic
- Ginger
- Pepper to taste
- Water
- 1 tspn veg.oil.
- Fish broth
- Red wine/ alc
- Blended white onions
- Sesame oil.
Preparation :
- Pour the cauliflower into a bowl of boiled water, add salt and cover it for about 5minutes and set aside to drain.
- Clean up the peas and give it the same treatment as the cauliflower, then set aside.
- Get a other ingredients ready to use and mix the sauce to taste.
- Place you wok on a low heat, add 1 veg oil and allow it to heat to a level.
- Add garlic and ginger in you work and turn them in until u begin to get the aroma.
- Pour in the peas,cauliflower, hold the work very strong and keep turning it.
- Add tomatoes.
- Add the sauce with water and cornstarch and mix them up .
- Serve hot from the wok...
