How To Make Mpasa Shrimps On Noodle Stir-fry

Looking for a rich and healthy dinner to fall on...after the days job,. Try this shrimps meal, made with  Noodles and Cabbage chunk.  The shrimps was well cleaned up, devained and marinated with sesame oil, soy sauce and oyster sauce. I love to make this at home because Mrs Itagokwaife like to have it for dinner as she tries to maintain a healthy weight by doing low cholesterol and tasty food .


INGREDIENTS:
                   

2 tbspn Oil for stir fry
2 clove garlic minced
Shrimps
Cabbage chunks
Sesame oil
Soy sauce
Oyster sauce
White onions
Fresh red pepper
Green onions
Noodles
Carrot

PREPARATION :

Boil the noodles and set aside to drain up the water .Heat up your work with 2 table spoon of oil and stir in the garlic until the aroma shows up. Add the shrimps and stir until it half cooked . Add the noodles and other ingredients. Add the sauce,water, pepper to taste. As it cooks, add I the vegetables and stir very well to help it mix well with the sauce  and serve hot.   #itagokwaife?
