How To Make Mpasa Shrimps On Noodle Stir-fry

Looking for a rich and healthy dinner to fall on...after the days job,. Try this shrimps meal, made with  Noodles and Cabbage chunk.  The shrimps was well cleaned up, devained and marinated with sesame oil, soy sauce and oyster sauce. I love to make this at home because Mrs Itagokwaife like to have it for dinner as she tries to maintain a healthy weight by doing low cholesterol and tasty food .


INGREDIENTS:
                   

2 tbspn Oil for stir fry
2 clove garlic minced
Shrimps
Cabbage chunks
Sesame oil
Soy sauce
Oyster sauce
White onions
Fresh red pepper
Green onions
Noodles
Carrot

PREPARATION :

Boil the noodles and set aside to drain up the water .Heat up your work with 2 table spoon of oil and stir in the garlic until the aroma shows up. Add the shrimps and stir until it half cooked . Add the noodles and other ingredients. Add the sauce,water, pepper to taste. As it cooks, add I the vegetables and stir very well to help it mix well with the sauce  and serve hot.   #itagokwaife?

Meaning that if you eat too quickly, as we lagocians do...the signal will be late to report to the brain and you will end up overeating. Avoid distractions such as, playing on computer or watching TV. This absence mindedness stops you from feeling full and sends you reaching for extra choppings. 5 Reasons Why You Are Not Losing And Mantaining A Healthy Weight...Even Though You Are Dieting.

How come u just realized that you need to lose and maintain a healthy weight, what were you thinking about yourself all this while? Were u waiting for the day you will be called upon to feed hungry African children with your excess fat ? Were u carried away by your political ambition? There must be something serious that got your mind disconnected from your body. You should be able to answer this few questions if you care about living healthy. As for me, I belive that ignorance is not an excuse . Even if you are just waking up from your slumber and you now want to lose and maintain a healthy weight, here are 3 healthy reason why you cannot lose and maintain a healthy weight .

  1. Because you have not cut down on your size of food: The first step to losing a healthy weight is to reduce the quantity of food you eat at every eating point. But what we find in most cases are people who immediately changes their diets the day they wake up to start losing weight. Some people will be like " I don,t eat swallow anymore, let me have rice and stew ....am watching my weight"
  2. Because you want to lose weight for unhealthy reasons: Losing and maintaining a healthy weight is different from losing weight for your oncoming wedding, to size the reigning gown, it is a lifestyle. It starts from changing the way you think...down to the way you live. It is not a do or die affair. What happens after your wedding and your gown?
  3. Because you don,t do the right exercise: For you to maintain a healthy weight, you must do the right exercise and at the right time. Exercise is different from the stress you go through at work because of your unhealthy work plan. 
  4. Because you skip meals especially breakfast: Skipping meals especially breakfast does not only prepares you for diabetes in the future, it makes you eat more to fill up the gap whenever you decide to eat. 
  5. Because you are a lazy person : If there is no food for a lazy man, it automatically means that there is no healthy life for a lazy man. Most of us are so lazy that if not for corruption  in the high places ,they will not be living today.  #itagokwaife?

5 Pinch Cauliflower Recipe For A Healthy Weight Loss.

Cauliflower as i know, has a very pleasing attitude, both during cooking and eating. It has this versatile nature that accommodates other ingredients in healthy cooking.

In this Recipe, Green peas and tomato was combined with 5 pinch sauce to get this  yummy result that can make your princess smile.


To be hundred percent sure of what you are eating, you should be able to cook for your self ...no matter how tight your schedules are.

This 5 pinch  cauliflower is five star meal for a healthy weight loss and management. U don,t need to skip meals just because u want to lose weight, all you need is to build personal relationship with food and begin to eat healthy.

Most of us are still tied down to our great grand mothers recipe, blaming  culture for our ignorance.

Ingredients :

.Cauliflower

  • Peas
  • Tomato
  • Salt to taste
  • Cornstarch
  • Soy sauce 
  • Gerlic
  • Ginger
  • Pepper to taste
  • Water
  • 1 tspn veg.oil.
  • Fish broth 
  • Red wine/ alc
  • Blended white onions
  • Sesame oil.
Preparation : 
  • Pour the cauliflower into a bowl of boiled water, add salt and cover it for about 5minutes and set aside to drain. 
  • Clean up the peas and give it the same treatment as the cauliflower, then set aside.
  • Get a other ingredients ready to use and mix the sauce to taste.
  • Place you wok on a low heat, add 1 veg oil and allow it to heat to a level.
  • Add garlic and ginger in you work and turn them in until u begin to get the aroma.
  • Pour in the peas,cauliflower, hold the work very strong and keep turning it. 
  • Add tomatoes. 
  • Add the  sauce with water and cornstarch and mix them up .
  • Serve hot from the wok...
