In this recipe i played with a combination of fish , chicken, and pork .... marinated with oyster sauce.
The three parties agreed to work together because " i was very close to them and i gave them the needed attention.... it even got to a stage where they had to help me choose the other vegetables .... we chose green pepper, spring onions ,carrot and coriander.
The most interesting part of cooking is " being able to communicate with ingredients .If you get it, you will make your food medicinal and set your life free from diseases and eating disorder.
INGREDIENTS.
2 potatoes
1 pound of fish,pork and fish
5 spring onions
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp ginger
1 green pepper
1 carrot
1/2 cup of water
2 tbsp veg oil for stir-fry:
1 tbsp oyster sauce
3 fresh pepper
PREPARATION:
Marinate the fish,chicken and pork with oyster sauce and sesame oil in a bow and set aside.
Take off the back of the potatoes and slice it into a slim shape . Wash it well until the water becomes clean, then add little salt and set aside.Clean up other vegetables and get them ready for use ...if you like, chop them raw..... na you sabi!
If you have a wok ....place it on a high heat and make sure that your turning stick is free and clean before using it .
Oil the wok and allow it to heat to a level then add the ginger and stir fry until it turns brown,..add the slim potatoes and spring onions to it then stir fry for another 3 minutes and set aside.
If you have another wok,please do place it on another burner on a high heat and oil it ,but if you do not have ,wash up your only wok and use it.
Add garlic and the marinated combination of fish,chicken and pork,then stir fry it gently with enough respect. Stir fry it for only 3 minutes and set aside in a plate .
At this time all the needed ingredients are fully ready for the journey .
Oil and Place you wok back on fire but this time on a medium heat, add chicken, fish and pork ,and potatoes with other vegetables then add little water with oyster sauce in the middle and turn it well and serve hot.
