The word physician and physical as in physical exercise come from the same Greek word physis, which loosely translates as "nature".This connection is more than just a saying.
Many people today mistakenly think of physical exercise as something primarily for aesthetic rather than medical wellness benefits, which is far from the truth. Lack of regular physical exercise is attributed as the cause of approximately 25percent of the deaths in our society today. Yet amazingly, only 5 percent of Nigerian adults engage in vigorous physical activity while the rest gets no exercise at all.
Many of us have sedentary occupations, with little or no time for exercise outside our work. Moreover, when it comes to exercise, our bodies require both generic aerobic exercise (running, biking) and specific exercise (weight training, flexibility) to keep us healthy and functional. #itagokwaife

Why we crave fats
Fat was priced in biblical times for many reasons. Back then, most humans suffered from deficiency of fat and basic calories were scarce. Being plump was often a,sign of great wealth. Fat contains the most energy of any of the six nutrient categories..an import consideration for people choosing yo store food, either for traveling or for survival between harvests. But probably the main reason fats were so prized then and still are, is because they taste so good. IT means we are biologically programmed yo love the taste of fat and this programming is now killing us in our world of agricultural abundance. But eating fat does not directly cause you to become fat or more correctly make you Overweight. Eating fat indirectly causes you to become because fat contains more than twice as many calories per gram as proteins or carbohydrates. Aside from containing potentially unnecessary calories, eating too much fat is bad because fat contains artery -Clogging cholesterol. Eating more calories than you

What Is Fat?
In the Bible, the word fat is used to describe the most prized part of the animal, so valuable that they were originally reserved to burnt at Alter in a sacrifice to God himself. Historically, fat has been used in a figurative sense to describe abundance, exuberance, robustness, fertility, or outward success.
But nowadays, fat has become almost exclusively pejorative...associated with Laziness, disgust, slovenliness, greed and gluttony.
But what exactly is fat and why has it cone to have such a negative connotation?
Biologically speaking, fats are a subgroup of a category of nutrients called lipids, the chemical name fir a group of compounds that include fats, oils and cholesterol. A lipid is generally referred to as a fat if it remains solid at room temperature and as an oil if it is liquid at room temperature. Fats and oils comes only from plant and animal products, whereas cholesterol comes only from animal product e.g (meat,poultry,milk and cheese) .
