The phrase ''healthy lifestyle"describe the life you need to live if you really want to feel, look and do good, it actually helps you get over those stress of the day that sometimes pushes you to do things that you wouldn't have done if you were fit.Well, there are clear facts that describe a healthy living person and so it is with an unhealthy person. Living simple and healthy lifestyle is different from having a family doctor....its just funny how hard people find it to understand this simple phrase.
I did not plan to take you on a long journey today because i will be leaving for an important meeting in the next 5 minutes.All the vegetables are meeting with me to discuss the current attack of vegetables in the north Eastern Nigeria, no one has claimed responsibility for the attack yet.... but we need to act fast because lives are involved. Before i leave,lets share the grace of the chief driver of healthy lifestyle...this is no other act than the one and only EXERCISE..... give it a hand of applause if you are not holding anything serious.
Exercise is the senior driver of healthy lifestyle...including food,it is also the captain of the entire healthy living team and very humble. I met exercise one on one in Asia,China to be precise, we met at the English corner.... where foreign students meet every Saturday. There i met exercise taking care of some 80 to 90 years old women and men. It moved me to see elderly people of that age working out to keep fit.One of them told me that the best way to maintain a loving home and marriage is to build a fitness team in your home.The other old man said that, if he becomes the president ....that he will sign healthy lifestyle into law.
Exercise told me all i need to know about it and how people have neglected it in this part of the world .It made it clear to me that fake medical practitioners are working very hard to see that people leave exercise for pills.It also gave me some of the fact to share with you.It confirmed that other healthy lifestyles depend on exercise for proper assessment of your body organs before they can act and distribute nutrients to your body.Don,t be surprised that most of the healthy food you have been eating has been taken to the the wrong organ because you lack co-operation with exercise.It continued to say that you don,t have to change every thing at the same time to start living healthy lifestyle.In fact the trick to healthy living is in making small changes,taking it one step after the other each day. It will be unfair to ask "oga" Emma to quit "nkwobi" for water melon..."na die be that".
Open your eyes, ears and senses to read, hear and think, i know you will say things like "am too busy, i don,t know where to start, am not motivated or you are afraid of getting injured".A lady told me that her body cannot handle vigorous act...but looking at her face,she looks like someone that has a vigorous boyfriend .
Just adding exercise to your current lifestyle will do you plenty good.
These are few of the things you stand to gain if you make up you mind today:

- It will improve your joint stability.
- It will helps maintain flexibility as you age.
- It will reduce your daily stress.
- It will maintain your bone mass
- It enhances self esteem
- It will improve your memory as you age..and also keep you at alert as a young person.
